There are many different 360° instruments available, and we have found the LPI to be not only one of the most widely used and valid leadership instruments in the world today, but the most cost-effective and administratively-friendly based on The Leadership Challenge® research performed by best selling authors, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.

This session covers how ordinary people get extraordinary things done in organizations when more consistently using The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. Using experiential activities, this interactive workshop helps to interpret results from the LPI 360 and includes commitments to build key information into action plans.

This process can be completed on a yearly basis to assess completion of commitments and build new goals for the coming year.
